2 Tagen!
Euer Berliner :P

Have Fun
I am out to enjoying my last weeks!

Allgemeine Neuigkeiten (11.06.2007)
Halloechen,
hier
Juli in Berlin. Die Schule die mir hier
sehr gefallen hat geht dem Ende am 29. Juli zu und mein Vater kommmt
hier am 3. Juli an.
Monate niemanden "live" sehen konnte.
Anonsten kann ich euch
natuerlich auch wieder was erzaehlen was ich hier in Kanada so erlebe.
hier drueben an.
also 6000 insgesamt.
machts gut
(Fotos gibts auch immer wieder Neue, check it out!)

School Lock-Down - No Drill, but not serious! (09.05.2007)
My
school, Vic High school, and another school were locked down for around
1 1/2 hour yesterday, May 8! People saw some people with weapon belts,
so that our principle decided to call the police and lock all the
school doors. There was really a lot of police (people say that there
were more than available in our city!) to arrest the people with the
belts, escaping into the neighbourhood. Later, when we were still
locked in our classes, the power went off, and the computers shut down.
This incident was reallay scary, but the wind outside just pushed over
a tree which fell on a power supply on which our school is connected to.
I found a newspaper aarticle about the incident:
http://www.canada.com/victoriatimescolonist/news/story.html?id=0f1bc191-1973-47fc-9789-13bce4bf87ff&k=38875
Don't
worry, it wasn't a serious threat at any time. It was just for security
that the school got locked down. Everyone is now speaking about it,
because there was just a attack in Viginia Tech.
Miss YoU! (2 months and a bit left!!)

Better Weather! (28.04.2007)
Hey,
The
good weather from Germany finally arrived here in Victoria. Today
(Saturday) we had around 19°C. This measurement comes from a friend's
thermometer. The weatheroffcie (online) says 14°C. Anyway, I could go
outside without any jacket. There was also nearly none wind blowing. We
were really happy with the conditions change, because it rained the
last 3 days :P
I will write you after my birthday (bzw. Birthday Party)
Miss you ALL
Enjoy the Moment!
New Haircut! (14.04.2007)
Hey Leutz!
I got a new hair cut. My motto: "Niklas goes Punk / Wild"! :P
My hair here in Canada changed a lot and I just went to the hair salon once xD
I have a graphic with all the changes.
Vacation: Montrèal, Québec and Trois Rivières (01.04.2007)
Hey!
I
just came back from my spring brake and it was awesome.
I can't tell you everything, because we really did a lot with many
different people. In general we visited David's grandma, aunt and
cousin. We got to know some youth our ages and we try to keep contact
to them.
I think for this entry I will tell you: "A picture is worth a 1000 words", therefore I uploaded many pictures for you.
Sorry
for the bad quality, but it would take days to upload all the pictures
in good quality. If you can't see what is on the picture just write me
on MSN and I can send you a better copy of it.
Our spring break is now over, but I enjoyed the 11 days a lot and hope
that I can visit them one day again!
To the Full Picture Gallery
miss you all and I hope that you will enjoy easter!!!

BREAKING NEWS: I am going to MONTREAL!!!! (16.03.2007)
Yeah,
you heard correctly. I am going to Montreal. David, Jens and My trip
will start at around 5pm of March 20. We will go to Vancouver to catch
our airplane (WestJet) to Montreal. We are going to change the airplane
at Calgary to finnaly reach our dream target, MONTREAL :P.
We will
stay until March 31, so that we will miss one full school week, but
that's no problem at all. We will arrive back in Vancouver around
afternoon and then have to take a ferry back home, so that we will
probably arrive at 10pm on saturday. We will also visit the oldest city
in Canada, Québec. We will stay in Montreal at David's grandma who said
that she could drive us to Québec. You approximately need around 1 1/2
hour to drive there. I think we will have fantastic vacation there and
my councelor, Mrs. Jackson orginally comes from there and she was very
jealous of me :P
Well, just four days left ^^ I have to write
some missing assignments, because I was sick the whole last week except
of today, friday. We also got our internal report cards, which show
what our marks are around! Pretty sweet!!!
I also which you a nice Spring Break!!! Make something out of it *thumb-up!*
See you
Niklas
Clubs, school activity, and friends (and parties Oo) (07.03.2007)
I
really enjoy my time a lot in the last past 1 1/2 months. There is so
much activity going on here. The school normally goes until 5pm,
because I am in three different clubs. Tennis, Track and Field and
Rugby. I just joined rugby and I already sprained my thumb :P That's a
little bit sad. We also had some events in our school like the Grad
Fashion Show 07! At the fasion show the students go to different
clothing stores to ask them to lend them their collections. It is a
kind ad for these stores, because when our graduation studens show us
the certain collection the moderator always say where it is from. But
that's cool. There are so many stores lending collections to many
schools. I will upload some pictures of it. We also had a Tech Day.
Everyone who wanted to come was welcome to enter our Tech(nology)
building to make his own opinion about Vic High's top classes. I think
that Mr. Wheeler showed my robotic *haha* xd
There are a lot of
parties here too. I thought that more quit here, but the party is going
on every weekend. The last ones was at David's house. We invited around
50 people (more people came though :P). I think it was the best party
since I am living here. The party went until around 11pm when some
stupid (and probably drunk person) smashed David a bottle on his head
and destroyed an expensive mirror at the same time. The sink got
damaged too. So the party was over, but the time before that all
happened was just awwwwesome!!!
I nearly meet new people every week. I could also got to know some more people in the two practices of rugby.
Six friends and Me also went ice skating and we took some pictures and one funny movie. Here the link:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=KIMNFQZFsWY
I just heard that David's relatives are ok with that :) YEAHHH I just need money! Oo
I have some happy news: I got my Biology Provincial mark back and I got A just with reading the needed chapters in our study book twice.
Miss YOU!

Brandon's Party and the new International Students! (12.02.2007) *small Update*
'Update'
# It looks like that I don't have the time to write more and smaller articles. So I will just write whenever I can. Sorry #
Now to my new report (in a new format + neue Bilder im Bilder Album):
There was a very big party on friday, Feb 9 2007! Brandon made a party at his house in Sannich. That's like one hour by bus from Victoria Downtown. Brandon is most famous as rugby-Brandon :P. So Jens, David (from Oak Bay too), Rafael and I went to Victoria Downtown to catch a bus out to Sannich, but we had to wait like 40minutes. So we knew that we will be late for the party, which would start at 8pm. So we waited for the bus and when we were standing on a traffic light to cross the street, we saw 5 girls hitting each other on the ground and kicking each other into their head. It was aweful. But we were too far away to go between them, but we saw some people go between, so later, like 20minutes later, after we thought that the fight ended, we saw 3 police cars coming into the main downtown street, Douglas Street. So we went to where the lights came from, because we had enough time anyway. But we just heard people talking about the event. I think they really hurt one girl a brutal way. Then the police searched for the girls, I guess. How many police cars were they? What do you think? Just for a girl fight? There were 4 normal police cars and one FBI car. :P It was soo funny. So we went from on light to the other until we took the bus, going out of Victoria. Later so many people entered the bus, and we just noticed how big the party will get. The whole bus was full and some other people came by car. So we were like 60 people in the end. At the party, we had a good time with dance, a DJ (no Techno :(). and some drinks. But at 11pm the police came and Jens and I were standing outside the house. Friends called us to go into the house, because the police is not allowed to go into a house without permission. SO everyone was inside. At this point we noticed that the party had an end. I think Brandon made a deal wih the police, that he ends the party and the policemen don't arrest anybody. So we went back to the last bus at 11:30. The bus was full again. All in one, it was a good party until the police came, what always will happen here in Victoria and around, because neighbours are kind of bad related to each other. I don't know how to explain that better :P
On Saturday, I went to Jens for
lunch, because his host-daddy, John, made a big lunch meal. So, we ate
bacon, eggs, patatos, bread and waffle with maple sirup. Best lunch
ever! THANKS JOHN! Anyway, because of the good lunch we changed our
plans to go Downtown to meet some new Mexican International Students
and one german guy (also new here, same school as me). We met them at
3pm instead of 1pm, but it was okay, because we just wanted to look for
tickets to go skiing on friday (no school, cause of Pro-D-Day)! But we
were not enough people and just waited with our decision. Later Tyler
and I went to Jens house to eat good vanilla ice cream with maple sirup
and then played the old style Xbox at my house. We played good old
games like Need for Speed: Most Wanted against each other and we just
laughed all the time. Good times, Tyler!
My Sunday was more
relaxed and quit. School is easier than my semester before, but I think
it will get hared after time, because this was just my first week with
my new classes. On Thursday I will see a DVD here with some friends
from my Earth Science11 and Entrepreneuship12 class. I don't know the
movie, but it was described as a funny one to me. We'll see. I am going
pretty fine here.
Miss you!!!
What is going on in Berlin? How were your vacation?

Tests!!! and some fun (28.01.2007)

Hi, I'm still alive. There is not so much new here from Canada. I mainly write my final tests and provincials to finish my classes and I also have some free days, before the new semester starts with following classes:
Psychology 11, Entrepreneuship 12, Earth Sience 11, Communication 12
I think the classes are fun!
There
was a great party at Gabi's house yesterday. All the Brasilians are
leaving this week :( Diego, Gabi, Tuti, Julia and August and "the
Twins" I will miss YOU!!! Really funny party, we laughed all the time
and sang and played crazy games :P I also helped Jens' host-father to
repair his PC and he will buy a lot ice cream for me now, yeah!^^
This week I will write a Biology reTest, my english final exam and the big Biology 12 Provincial Exam! :/
I
uploaded some pictures; some from the party at Gabi's house and one or
two at Dave's house. Dave goes to Oak Bay High School. My new Brasilian
host brother, Raffael, arrived on Firday afternoon. He is very nice and
I think we'll have a good time.
See You!

Whistler + Vancouver + UPDATE :D
2 weeks winter break (Dec 22, 2006 until January 7, 2007)
I made some payless experiences!
For
my first week of my winter holidays I was in Vancouver. I stayed with a
friend of my host-mama. His name is Tiashi. It was a really relaxed
time around my x-max. I arrived one day before Christmas day, on Dec
23. It was a really stressful trip to Tiashi’s house, because I had to
come there on my own, with Bus in Victoria, ferry and bus in Vancouver
without taking any bus in Vancouver before. After some talks with
Tiashi on the phone, with the bus driver and a call from the bus driver
to Tiashi, I came close to Vancouver Downtown, where Tiashi picked me
up. We bought two big pizzas to survive the evening^^! Arriving at his
house we ate and played some Playstation. On x-mas day there was
nothing really going on, so I stayed at home, watching the first “The
Simpson”-season.
Around
3p.m. on December 25 we went to my host-mama’s sister’s house to
celebrate christmas. First there were some little talks and I and the
other children in the house played some table-tennis and of course
Playstation on a HD-TV :D. After we had a big and great turkey dinner
with turkey and salad, potato, and things I couldn’t try and don’t know
what it is, because I ate a lot of the turkey. But there was something
special before the dinner, I didn’t know from any country (maybe it is
a family tradition :D). We all had a Knallbonbon and we stand up to
give one part of the Knallbonbon to our neighbour, standing next to
oneself and we took one part of our neighbour’s Knallbonbon in your
hand too, so that we build a “family-circle”. In the Knallbonbon there
was a songtext and a whistle. So we made some tones and everyone was
happy! After dinner we had our present session. I got a
Spongebob-kalendar, a Victoria Polo-Shirt, a cineplex gift coupon and
chocolate. After we ate some ice-cream and cakes and watched “The Pink
Panther”. All in all it was a great x-mas evening and I got to know new
very nice family members. The days after Christmas I went 2 to
Vancouver Downtown and I watched season 2,3 and half of 4 from “the
Simpsons”. On Dec 30 the trip to Whistler, the biggest and best snow
resort in North America!!! I met Jens at 9:45 at the Vancouver Bus
depot. The bus only took 1:40 hours and we came to Squamish a very
little village 1 hour from Whistler. Jens and I are staying at the
Barry-Family in Squamish. We have a mum and 3 siblings here and we are
living in the basement, we have alone for us.
After
putting our luggage in our room we went to Whistler and we are really
proud of ourselves that we went there one day before we start to ski.
It was really funny to sad too. First we wanted to buy a ski ticket. We
went to the main ticket station and they wanted 450 Dollar for a 6-day
ticket. After we done everything they needed a sign of a guardian., we
didn’t have, after some discussion with the person, she gave us a form
we had to let sign from our host-mama here in Squamish. We ask them if
we get a cheaper ticket with our Canadian permanent resident or like
that ad we got one. For 5 days we only paid 240 Dollars. Then we wanted
to compare some Ski rental prices. We saw skies for 400 and for 200
Dollars. The store where we could ret skies for 200 Dollars was a
really nice but also sad store, because after we filled out all forms
and tried to pay, they said that we don’t have money on Jens’ Debit
card and that every rent store needs a credit card imprint, but no one
we knew has a credit imprint. So we were really sad to leave the store
without result after 45minutes. We went to another store, where we
hoped not to need a credit card imprint. We filled out our forms and
set our skies, but when we wanted to pay Jens credit card didn’t work
again and they also wanted a credit card imprint, but it was ok to give
them our student ID’s. We only took our boots at home and we had to pay
on the next morning (because the debit card didn’t work)^^!!! The bus
from Whistler to Squamish or other way takes us 1 hour every morning
(at 7a.m. and evening at 4p.m.).
The first day on the Mountain(s)
After
all things were almost done we waked up at 6a.m. on Dec 31 to take the
the bus up to Whistler Village. There we met Fabian, a friend of Jens.
After we got our skies and finally also our ski ticket (edge card) we
went to the Whistler Mountain (there are two huge Mountains to do
everything)!!! So we went up to around 8:15a.m. to try the snow and
have some fun. I wasn’t on skies since 5 or 6 years so I had/ have to
practice a bit. I felt a few times when we went a little bit more
difficult ski-runs or because I didn’t know how to put the skies :)! We
had our lunch (we also got one from our nice host-mama here in
Squamish) at 10:45 until 12:10. After we had some more runs and finally
we went down to Whistler Village at 2:15. I bought some
ski-waterproofed pants. Then we ran to the bus we wanted to get at
3p.m. to drive us back to Squamish where we chilled out and had a good
dinner!
Pictures will follow in a few days, because the web and the *** is not working as well as I want to! :D
*UPDATE*
Hi there!
Jens and I outlived 70cm new snow in one night, strong rainfall, a 3 hours wait outside for the bus and minus 20 degree on the mountain. NOW, we am ready for everthing here! :D
Skiing in Whistler is expensive, but definitively FUN! This region is only big, everthing. There are around 7000 acres where you can ski and snowboard from 8a.m. until 3p.m. Next to the Fun we had there, there were some problems. Truck and car crashs on the only highway, which was full of snow after the extreme snowfall (70cm in one night) was the most difficult problem.
In general we skied four long days (from 8:30 until 4p.m.) and we took one day break. On the very last day (January 5), our return day, we had some problems. Everthing started with the snow!!! We had to wait 2hours before the highway from Squamish to Whistler was free for buses. After we arrived we tried to get the money for one day back, because we only had 1hour time to ski. We got some of our money back and we went back to the bus stop, but through the snow fall the street was so slippery, so that cars got stuck on the highway, a truck exploded and there were not enough snow crawlers for the highway and both cities. Our way from Whistler to Squamish took almost 2 1/2 hours instead of one and when we arrived we packed our luggage ate something and went to the bus stop where bus to Vancouver should arrive. After a 3hours wait outside (0 degree) the bus came. This bus, which came at 8:30 should had come around 1 hour earlier. The right bus, which we wanted to catch (5:30) didn't arrive and we guess that this bus drove next to the highway :). With the late bus, we missed the last ferry to our island. So we had to find a place to sleep in Vancouver. We were lucky, because I knew the guy from the christmas week, where I slept at his house, so that we could had a sleep at his house this stressful day. We arrived at midnight at him. On the next moring at 8a.m. we took the bus and finally got a ferry, so that we arrived after around 19hours (with sleep) instead of normally maximum 6 hours :D. I still don't understand why the cars don't have snow chains in that region where around 8 meter snow felt since this November 2006!!!
Now, I am fine and in my warm room. I try to upload lots of pictures tomorrow or the day after. Check it out!
I want to say THANK YOU to all your nice presents, Spongebob Kalendar, Kanada T-Shirt, "I am the Greatest"-Tasse, Handy, Berlin Armband, Gutscheine, Schokolade!, Kekse, IT Buch! und Geld, the chance to be HERE in Victoria and all your love!!!
Miss YA! Happy New Year!

Science world 3 and no power at all :D (16.12.2006)

After
the big snow chaos here, school worked normal and my everday life came
back. 2 times tennis und 2 times badminton in addition to a soccer or
basketball game on Friday afternoon with my friends. My friends are in
the teams, I joined as well. Sport rules!!
I wrote some tests and
quiz in school, but it is still good :D. Only in English 11 we are
having a difficult topic: Poetry! It is extremly difficult. Some
Canadian students don’t understand the topic. So hard times here. This
really doesn’t make motivation :D
In Biology 12 were were watching a
cat’s brain and we have to cut a fetal pig (see pictures). I think the
things that are in our body, are pretty disgusting.
In our
electronics class we had a tournament with our robotics. It was great
and I will bring my robot to germany for sure! I won 2 times and I lost
2 times. I think I will get a good mark in this big project!
I
was also in Vancouver, that’s on the mainland. I visited Science World
3 with my biology 12 class on a saturday. It was great, but I was sooo
tired, so that I slept all the time in the bus and on the ferry. I was
not allowed to take pictures inside the Science World, but it was
amazing how our body looks. There were bodies only with the nerves,
cutting in 3 parts, having it’s own skin in their hand and staff like
this. If you have the chance to visit it one time, you should do it.
The bodies are primed (präpariert) in Heidelberg, Germany :D!
The sunday after the trip I spent with sleeping, because on Saturday I had to wake up at 5a.m. and I came at home at 9p.m.
In the next few days my first christmas present arrived *happy* (see pictures)! :D
School took its usually way.
On
the weekends I went shopping, swimming and watched for a snowboard for
my trip to Whistler. There are only 6 days left to Vancouver and 2
weeks left to Whistler. ohhahahah!!!!! I am so excited. You will
receive a lot of movies as well. So be excited too and enjoy the
snowboard feelings on your PC :D
On last Thursday (December
14th) there was a „Fine Arts“-evening in our school. You could find
many paintings, distributed in the school. After our badminton practice
I went there with some friends. They made dances and there were some
speeches and funny staff. However, the dances were so great. I will put
a movie online soon (first I need the video from a friend). The dances
are acted by our grade 9-12 dance classes. They are really good. You’ll
see!
In the night to Friday (December 16th) our power turned
off, because there was a big storm with arounf 150km/h hitting
Victoria. The biggest impact arrvied at the beach, one block from our
house :D. You propably heard of the storm near Seattle, that’s th storm
which came to us too. So I didn’t have power until Saturday noon. At
the morning, after waking up, I went to Jens’ house, because he had
power, to load my laptop, get wamer (it was fucking cold in my room
over night *sry*), and to speak/ write with some friends. After Jens,
Diego, Bim Bim and I went to Mayfair Mall to get the
„last-minute“-presents and to look after a used-snowboard/ skies for
our planned Whistler trip!
I wish you a happy christmas, if I
don’t write a new article before. The next one is propably in January
(because of the Vancouver --> and the following Whistler trip)
I hope all your wishes will get true.
Happy new Year
Miss YA!!!!!! *x-mas in different tradition*

Snow storm! (26.11.2006)+Update
Snow, Snow (storm)!!!
After
some rumors that it was snowing on November 25th, I saw the first snow
here in Greater Victoria today! I slept from Saturday to today (Sunday)
at Jens' house. Rory, his host-brother waked us up at 10:40 to say us
that it is snowing outside. We are very happy about it. Then we had
breakfast (toast, waffle with vanilla ice cream and maple sirup).
Avfter breakfast I had the crazy idea to swim in the ocean during the
snow storm. After some preparation, Robin, Jens' host-sister, drove us
(with his father on the seat next to her) to my house, where I got my
swim pants. Then We put all our things, we needed, on a towel and Robin
recorded our action. It was still snowing and it was so cold. The ocean
was warmer than the outside! After that we ran as fast as possible to
my house to take a shower. But the shower hurted so much that I had to
scream!
I uploaded two videos for you.
The swim action during the snow storm!
Playing soccer with my friends 1 month ago!
This day was very funny. I was two times outside; we also took nice pictures you can see HERE!
Miss you and have fun! Its only 1/2 year winter :D

**UpToDate**
School off!! YES :D
No school for Monday because no bus is coming, because the streets are full of snow! I will upload one more picture to show you how it changed at night!
I wish you had a nice school day
Today
on Wednesday school started 1 hour later, because there was lots if
slippery ice so that nobody could walk. :D Funny circumstances! but OK
for ME.

Relaxing, extreme sport and sleep are a must :) (21.10.2006)
Hey homies!
Sorry that you had to wait so long for my new report, but I am busy at th moment.
I could summerize my weekend with some words like funny, nice, extreme, exhausting, but I want to give you more details.
In
advance, school is pretty easy here, so that I didn't have to study a
lot for my tests, I write every week. I got 99% in my Biology 12 test,
in my math test 75% (without studying :D). SO my weekend started on
Firday at 1:26 when school ended. Tyler, Diego and I went downtown to
look a little bit arround and we bought tickets for James Bond 007:
Casino Royale, the movie which started at 10 o'clock on this evening.
The time until the film started we hang out at Diego's house. The
00-movie was pretty good and I understood nearly everything, that was
cool. After the movie Diego and I went with Jens and some friends of
him from Oak Bay to chill out. After this Diego slept at my house.
On
Saturday Jens, Diego and I went to the Oak Bay Recreation Centre to
work out and to swim. It was pretty fun but also exhausting. So we
rowed and ran a little bit to relax in the sauna and pool after that.
Then we saw a short part of an ice-hockey game in the Recreation
Centre. But we decided to go shopping in Hillside Mall, so we went fast
to Jensie's house to have lunch
/ dinner and then we went to the
Mall, but it was closed. SO we went to Diego's house to wait until we
saw one more ice-hockey game in the Recreation Centre. But this game
was boring than the first one we saw, because I think it was for
younger player so they didn't hit each other, what I normal part of the
game is. After that we went to Diego's house one more time, because we
slept there. We slept until 2p.m. That's relaxing :D!
On
Sunday we went shopping what we couldn't do the day before. So I bought
some things, nothing special. Then we met Tyler in the Mall who was
downtown because he had to work at "Subway" later the day. During a
drink we met Garret and Laura. It was funny as always ^^. We ate and
drunk something at Tyler's work (Subway) and then Jensie and I went
back home. Arround 8p.m. I was at my house. To chat a little bit and I uploaded Pictures.
In general the weekend was perfect and I want to repeat so funny as much as possible. We laughed so much! xD
But
there was no tests on Monday and Tuesday, so we did something on these
days. On Monday we went downtown like so often. But every time it's
much fun and we speak a lot. This time we went to the "Starbucks" in
the library and Diego showed us some cheap magic tricks :D *sorry
Diego* but only Tyler doesn't know these easy tricks xDD!!
On
tuesday Tyler had Birthday and after the Badminton Club TryOuts I went
home to take a shower. After there we met us at "Red Robin", a Burger
Restaurant and we told jokes from our countires to each other.
I hope you could win a view in my nice life here. I hope you all do good.
@11c @HCO: Did you get my letter? I sent it 20 days ago.
So enough for today! Watch the pictures!
And enjoy the time
Miss you and love you!

Seeing an accident, tennis club and 5hours shopping trip! (12.11.2006)
Hey!
How are YOU. I'm great!!! There are lots of things I want to tell you
about! First of all, sorry that you had to wait so long for a new
report and new pictures. But now everything you want is coming! The
first days in the school were ok but not very special because the
soccer session ended and I didn't have to do so much funny things with
my friends. But on Tuesday I heard, that there is a Tennis Club, in the
ancouncements!
So I went to the room that want to and joined the
Tennis Club. But please dont think that I am crazy. I am^^, but there
is no other time to practice, so we are meeting us every Wednesday and
Friday from 7 to 8a.m. before school stats! :D Ist a very funny time, I
know, but there are over 10members every practice andmost of them are
very nice and we become friends! Some of them I already know, some not.
Our coach is also teacher on Vic High and has the call to be one of the
nicest teacher on the school. And I'm agree with the students who say
this, because he is very nice.
After 10 Minutes at our first
practice he came to me and gave me a better racket and said: "I see
that you have talent, so take my good head racket". So did I. I played
very well for the first time after ½ year. I think I'm one of the best
in our team with Yu and John. Our teacher is not that good as us :D
Although the practice is soo early, we are havng lots of fun every time!
But
in this schooldays something sad happened. In the morning on one one, I
couldn't remeber which one, I decided to go by bicycle and after 5
minutes, I saw a woman wants to cross the street. When she arrived on
the middle of the street. She waited to cross the last part of the
street. There were still 2 drivelines and a car stopped on the
driveline next to the woman and signaled her to cross. She crossed but
another car didn't see that and hit the woman with 40 km/h. I saw
everything and I was sad the whole day. I was very angry to went
straight ahead with my bice, because I had to hurry up this morning, so
I forgot my helmet! After the great week trough tennis we will have a
very long weekend because o Rememberance Day. Because of this day, we
had a 1hour assembly on Friday in school. And the rules during this
assembly are very strict. If your cell phone will ring you could be
suspended from the school, so I tried to concentrate me to make no
noise^^ and I didn't try to record it (too dangerous^^).
There was
a dance, some speeches and quiete students! I only had 2 classes this
day (very relaxed). Altought the Rememberance Day is on November 11th
the school had the assembly before and there is one day off after the
weekend (Monday no school) and because Vic High rules there is a
Pro-D-Day (Studientag) on Tuesday, so that this day is off too *happy*!
On
Friday I went with Dieg, John, Cleo and Mo Downtown to look after
jursey from Soccer teams. Later at 10p.m. we went with all friends I
know, and we also met other students from Vic High, to the Odeon Cinema
to watch "Borat". You MUST see this movie. I almost understood
everthing. The movie is about a man from Kahsastan, want to learn
something about the U.S. He has an near-ost-acent so its more easy to
undestand him because through this acent he is speaking slowly.
On
Saturday I went shopping with jens. We had a 5hours shopping trip and
first we wanted to look after x-mas presents for u. But after some time
we found so many cheap and good clothes for ourselves, so that I bought
3 Pullover (Cati ich widme dir einen Pullover^^), 3 T-Shirts, 1 pair of
gloves and 2 Boxershorts. I just paid 125 dollars = 85Euro. So that
every piece of cloth only cost 15 dollars (tax included). I quite
cheap. I only paid 10 dollars for 3 T-shirts. But I wanted to find a
pant for me. But on one hand everyone were to wide or too expensive
(50dollars = 35 Euro). You can calculate every price, take the price in
canadian dollar and multiplie it with 0,69 (it depends on the kurs) and
you will get the price in Euro. So that shopping tip was very funny
(see pictures) and I'm happy to find so many things! *hehe*.
Sunday
was funny because during my Kaufrausch on Saturday I forgot to look
what size the boxershorts had, so I bought the wrong one. To change
them I had to go to Bluenotes, the best store for clothes here, I find.
After that Jensie and I went to Sears, I multistore, where you can buy
everything, like Karstadt in Germany, and I bought one more thing (one
leggings, for only 12 dollars).
In the Evening at 9:40 Jens, John (is on Oak Bay High School with Jens) and I watched SAW 3.
YES, you are hearing right, SAW 3. The movie is here in the cinemas
since Halloween :). But the woman, who sold the tickets wanted to see
our ID's, but we aren't 18, so we decided to go to "The return". After
some minutes in this movie we went to SAW 3 and watched it. I can
understand why the movie is up to 18years, because it is the most
discusting part of the three parts. But well done from the producers.
The story is the BEST EVER, and you never seen things so
discusting detailed! So be happy that you can see it in February!
*hahahaha*. One trick: You can download it in English. I think there
already are some good qualitiy rips. So enjoy the story and understand
that great story, I understood.^^
Today, Monday, I will have dinner at Jens' house because his father likes me soo much^^
Lots of nice pictures are uploaded! --> Here
Love ya all!

How Bubble-Tea, the Royal BC Museum and cinema are connect together (30.10.2006)
All these 3 things I did amongst other things on the last great weekend!
On
Friday my great weekend started. I was from 7a.m. to 1a.m. on saturday
on the way. And how it was coming to this loong weekend I will report
you now :)
After school on friday at 1:26p.m. John, Tyler,
Diego, Mo, Mosen, Bunny, Cleo, Judi, Graham, Kira, Jordan, Josh and I
were sitting on the Steps in front of the school and we were speaking a
lot, I taught them german, Josh taught us japanese ^^. After a while we
decided to go to Graham's house so we could have a warm room. There we
were staying until 17 o'clock. Then Graham had to go to his rowing
practice and John, Bunny, Tyler, Diego, Judi and I went downtown to
look at costumes and drink Bubble-Tea. Bubble-Tea is sooo funny. It is
like a cocktail (without alcohol) and on the bottom of your cup are
little bubbles. But we don't know what these bubbles are, we only know
that they taste funny. After the drink and looking in some stores we
went to value village to look at costumes for the
halloween-costumes-contest in our school. After we decided to watch a
movie later in the evening around 10p.m. Because Diego and John had not
enough money with them, both and me went first to Diego's house and
then to John's house where we were playing FIFA Street for a moment. At
exactly 10p.m. we met the other at the cinema, Odeon, where John is
also working. We watched the movie "The Prestige". It was pretty good.
The story was about some magicans trying to get the best trick for the
act to get more people inside their theatre. It was a thriller too :D!
The movie ended at 0:30a.m. and I took my bus back home to sleep until
11a.m. on saturday.
On saturday I took a little bit of time to
do my homework and to chat with people over the world wide web!^^ At 17
o'clock Jens and I went downtown to meet the others like Tyler, Diego,
Garrett and Laura. We wanted to drink something together. We met also
Bimbim at McDonalds, where he works. BimBim is 29 years old but looks
like he is 17 years old. He also lives with his parents. That's really
funny. He went with us, when we decided to go to Garretts's house to
drink. We did some really funny jokes and we laughed until 0:15a.m.
Then Jens and I noticed that there is no bus coming home anymore. So we
decided to sleep there. While Tyler was sleeping deeply Garrett, Laura,
Jens and I were talking (Diego went back home).
After sleeping
very well and setting our watches 1 hour backward we had a good
breakfast and we watched TV and we were talking, talking and talking.
It was really nice.
The sunday was a little bit more relaxed.
Garret and his girlfriend Laura wanted to show Jens and me the big
ROYAL BC Museum. At 0:30p.m. we left the house to go downtown to have
one more time good Bubble-Tea and we ate some chinese food in
chinatown, a part of downtown. After this the big visit of the BC
Museum started. We were there from 2:30 until 5.p.m. Then Jens and I
went home to do our homeoworks. But only 10minutes at home I wrote with
John and I knew that he had birthday but didn't know that he will
celebrate it on a sunday. So he told me to come to the Cactus Club
across the Bay Mall downtown. I only had 30 minutes to eat my supper
and I came to the club at 7:30. There everyone was waiting :). I was
only eating a salad because I had my supper before. After talking a lot
with the others I went back home around 10p.m. and fall into my bed to
be prepared for my Biology and English test. But I wasn't prepared
because the weekend was looong and busy, but GREAT! In school on monday
the teacher handed my Math test from friday back and I got 89% without
learning.

Long weekend: The Goldstream Park and the salmons! (RSS) (22.10.2006)
On
friday it was school free because of Pro-D-Day (Studientag) and Jens
and me made a great Buttercake, but it was rarely a citron-sugar-bubble
cake :).
Saturday Jens and me went to Goldstream Park which is
outside of Victoria on the other side. Because no one could drive us,
we decided to go by bike. We knew that it will be a long travel but we
wanted to see the salmon and eagles. The one way to the park took us
about 1:45 hours and it was nice to see salmons but only dead ones :).
2 men tried to catch the salmons out of the little river and they had
success. The salmons here are very big (see my picture gallery).
At the park there was a little information centre we went in and we
could see a movie, a live-cam and you could buy good hot-chocolate. The
hot-chocolate was awesome so we decided to bought more to drink at
home. And at this sunday noon I already drunk two of them :D. The way
back to home we went by bus to come to a big mall like "the real
candian superstore or "the bricks". These are stores like Metro in
Germany but open for everyone.
On Sunday I slept until 12 o'clock.
Then I went to the kitchen to have my breakast, but my mother made my
lunch (Croisant? with pam and hot cheese) and I made two of my
hot-chocolates. I was in the kitchen for at least 1 hour to eat and
speak with my mother and sister about everthing, winter break, food...
The
long weekend was hard but very nice and I notice that I know more
words, especially in words I need in my classes and I don't have to
think so much about sentences I wanna say. That makes my happy.
I love ya and miss you all!
There are lots of new pictures in my Gallery-->Check out now xD

RSS-Feeds online + Berichte im neuen Format (19.10.2006)
*Update*
Firefox machen)
Machts gut - Lasst euch umarmen

Geschmack ist was dabei.
Also los los!!
Das wars dann auch wieder
bye

eine Lunch-time.
In
OH-Projektor abzuschreiben. Ich werde euch, wenn ich dann irgendwann
mal wieder da bin zeigen, was wir da so alles leisten müssen, das ist
holla-heftig xDD.
Ja
ist, weil hier der sogennante Pro-D-Day (Professional Development Day)
euch^^.

Jahr in Deutschland verbracht hatten.
Mathe neben mir sitzt.
Niklas
So jetzt mal die Englische Fassung:
What did I do all the days and the week before?
Yes,
right, I have to go to school and the everday life began. But it is a
good and excited experience for me, after I choose all my final
classes. School starts at 8:35 and ends at 15:03 and between this time
there is a Lunch time for 45minutes. We also had a little breakfast in
schhool on friday and school started at 9:30. I even pass some time in
my classes and the soccerteam and I could found some nice friends. In
my Electronics class I work with two nice boys together and we have a
lot of fun in this class. In my English class I know a guy, who plays
soccer in our team too. Then in the next week Mrs Jackson, my
coordinator, introduce me to two students who have been studied in
Germany for one year and they can speak French too. So it's very nice
to know people who know exactly the same languages like me. At the
first meeting with these two students, we found out that we are in the
same Electronics class, so we go every day together to the Vic High
Capital building because the Technologie building is not at the same
place. The girl is very nice too and we had a interesting talk at lunch.
At
lunch we often play Rugby or Soccer but without running at rugby only
thworing the ball, but it's pretty fun. And a boy plays with us who is
sitting next to me in Math class.
We had soccer practise 3 times
this week, but I got a infraction in my right thigh. At the end of the
practise I didn't finish because of the thigh my coach told me that I
should play in the beginning11 in the team.
At the weekend I chilled
with the Mexican but it was boring because arround me I only heard
spanish. The next day I met Jens, the German guy and we did homework
together (very funny).
The everday life is a little bit more
difficult for me but it is ok, I have lots of fun in the school, but I
have to do my homework until 10p.m. Last but not least it is a good
chance to learn English and the other staff too.
See ya/ I love you all and I miss you!!
Niklas

*Update*
Da
Klasse hier :))!!!
Vermisse euch alle, besonders meine Family (hab euch mega doll lieb)
Euer Niklas

Heute war der bisher geilste Tag!!!
Also
So viele

HELMDL Bilder gibts bald, euer NiggixXx

So,
kostet 1,75 Canadian Dollar (1,3 Euro, ohne Monatsticket).
Die
Vorbereitung wird bis zum 1. September dauern und danach habe ich 3
Tage frei und dann gehts richtig los!! *freu*!!! Vermisse EUCH ALLE! CUL

host family
Da wo New Home steht, in der Straße irgendwo liegt mein neues Zuhause.
